Important: This document is provided for general information. It is not legal advice. If you need advice for your situation, consult a qualified attorney.
Zentrack (“the App”) is published by Shivansh Dengla (individual developer). This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with the App. By using the App, you acknowledge this Policy.
Short summary (App Store / Google Play)
Content you enter in Zentrack stays on your device; we do not operate a backend that stores your tasks, notes, or similar app content. Payments for subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive or store your full payment card number. Subscription validation may use RevenueCat, which processes limited purchase-related data as described below.
Apple and Google may collect information according to their own policies when you use their platforms. You are responsible for reviewing their terms and privacy notices.
Information you choose to enter in the App is stored locally on your device, unless you use features provided by your device or platform (for example, iCloud or Google backup), which are outside our control.
Zentrack may offer paid subscriptions (for example, “Zentrack Pro” or similar) through the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you subscribe, Apple or Google processes the payment. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
What we may receive (limited)
We may receive limited information related to your subscription, such as:
Trials
If you start a free trial, the store may require a valid payment method. Billing typically begins when the trial ends unless you cancel in time, according to that store’s rules. Trial availability and length are shown in the App and/or on the store listing.
Cancellation
You cancel or manage your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Canceling stops future charges; access may continue until the end of the current paid period, depending on store policy.
We use RevenueCat to help manage subscriptions, validate purchases, and reflect subscription status across devices. RevenueCat may process information such as:
How RevenueCat handles data is described in its privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
Data minimization
We design the App so you do not enter card details inside Zentrack for subscriptions. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google.
Paid features are not intended for children under the age required by your region without appropriate parental consent. If you believe information has been collected from a child inappropriately in connection with the App, contact us using the details below.
This Privacy Policy may be shown on a website (for example, a portfolio or project page). That site may use cookies or analytics when you view the page in a browser. That is separate from data stored inside the Zentrack app on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, payment providers, or subscription features change. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shivansh Dengla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App or this Policy, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
